Return & Refund Policy

LARYOH FASHION – RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

At Laryoh Fashion, we are committed to providing the best quality products at the best prices. Therefore:

Returns are generally not accepted.

Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. Exchange Policy (Damage / Wrong Product Only)

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged or incorrect

A proper unboxing video proof is provided:

The video must be continuous (no cuts or pauses)

The video is mandatory for any complaint

Without valid video proof, no exchange request will be considered.

3. Exchange Timeframe

You must initiate the exchange request within 4 days of receiving the product

Once approved, the item must be returned within the given timeframe

4. Shipping Charges

For approved exchanges (damage/wrong product): We will cover the return courier cost.

For any non-eligible returns: Customers will bear shipping costs (if applicable).

5. Return Eligibility (If Applicable)

In rare cases where returns are accepted, the product must be:

Unused

In original condition

With original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If approved:

Refund will be initiated to the original payment method

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

7. Important Notes

Items without proper proof of damage will not be accepted

Used, washed, or altered products are not eligible

Shipping charges (if paid by customer) are non-refundable unless it is a damaged/wrong product case
